This class will be face-to-face.
授業の目的
/Class Purpose
This class will be taught in English and aims to help students develop good and proper academic writing skills. Students will learn various writing strategies and then use those strategies each week to write short papers on a variety of topics. In accordance with the DP1 of the Graduate School of Humanities and Sciences, the acquisition of these skills and knowledge will help students contribute to society with a rich cultural knowledge from a broad education.

Through active learning, this class will focus on writing in English and will help students develop writing skills needed for success in academic writing.

Students will be required to write short English papers each week following the information presented in class.
