授業の方法 ／Class Format	対面授業（演習）英語のコミュニケーション能⼒を伸ばすため、積極的に参加し出来るだけ多く発⾔すること。
授業の目的 ／Class Purpose	Speaking1/2は共通教育リテラシー科目群外国語分野に属し、英語４技能の中でも特にスピーキングに特化した技能を育てることを目標としている。本科目は中級者以上を対象としたクラスである。この科目は、全学DPに示す「獲得した知識や技能を活用し、国内外において、価値観や意見の異なるさまざまな人と議論し、学びを深め、協働して社会に役立てることができる」を目指す。
到　達　目　標 ／Class Objectives	・ これまで培ってきた基本的な語彙や文法の知識を活用し、簡単な英会話をすることができる。（知識） ・ 英語コミュニケーション能力向上のために積極的に参加できる。（態度・習慣） ・ スピーキングに必要な語彙学習やその他の学習を授業外でも行うことができる。（態度・習慣） ・ 初出の単語や表現について辞書などで調べることができる。（技能）

授業の進め方 ／Method of Instruction	クラスのアクティビティに積極的に参加し、⾃ら積極的に質問に答えることが求められます。このクラスでは英語で効果的にコミュニケーションを取ることを⽬指します。そのためにも、出来るだけ多く英語を話すように⼼掛けて下さい。
履修するにあたって ／Instruction to Students	本科目は中級者以上を対象としたクラスです。英語が不得意な学生は基礎英語3/4および英語コミュニケーション1/2を履修することを勧めます。 Students are expected to actively participate in class activities and answer their own questions. The aim of the class is to develop effective communication in English. Students are encouraged to speak English as much as possible.
授業時間外に必要な学修内容・時間 ／Required Work and Hours outside of the Class	Students should spend 20 minutes reviewing the material from the previous class. Students should spend 20 minutes previewing the material for the following class. Students should prepare for any course assessment with additional review of the target language studied. Further instruction and feedback will be given in class. Homework is set at the discretion of the teacher.
