授業の方法 ／Class Format	「演習」 先生は主に英語で話しますが、必要のある場合には日本語で話します。 このクラスは通常、下記にある通りの型に沿って進みます。 1. あいさつ 2. 出席確認をしている間、ペアになってクラスルームイングリッシュの練習 3. クラスルームイングリッシュに関連する技能のスピーキング・リスニングテスト 4. 宿題の進捗確認。生徒は宿題に関する質問に回答しなければなりません。この質問は通常、最低1時間の宿題が完了したかどうか、また何の宿題が完了したかについてです。 5. Q＆A。生徒は宿題または英語一般に関する質問を先生に対して尋ねることができます。これは授業の最後の時間まで続く可能性もあります。 6. さまざまなアクティビティの、ペアになっての練習 --- 選択肢1 – 1人が先生役になり、その人が回答を見ることが許されます。 --- 選択肢2 – どちらの生徒もハンドアウトを見て構いません。 --- 選択肢3 – 会話の練習 7. 練習したものについてのプレゼンテーション 注意: 特別警報（すべての特別警報）または暴風発令の場合（大雨、洪水警報等は対象外）の本科目取扱いについて →通常授業時の取扱いと同様に、休講とします もし何か質問があれば、遠慮しないで聞いてください。私のメールアドレスはaurik.ocon@ge.kobegakuin.ac.jpです。
授業の目的 ／Class Purpose	Speaking1/2は共通教育リテラシー科目群外国語分野に属し、英語４技能の中でも特にスピーキングに特化した技能を育てることを目標としている。本科目は中級者以上を対象としたクラスである。この科目は、全学DPに示す「獲得した知識や技能を活用し、国内外において、価値観や意見の異なるさまざまな人と議論し、学びを深め、協働して社会に役立てることができる」を目指す。
到　達　目　標 ／Class Objectives	授業へ出席することには主に2つの目的があります： 1: 先生や他の生徒に対して、宿題や英語一般に関する質問を尋ねるため 2. 宿題をする中で得られた知識を実際に使うため 生徒の授業における目標は、学習すること、また他の人達とお互い学習の手助けをしあうことです。教師の役割は、生徒の学習の手助けをすることです。 注意点：もし学習する意欲がなければ、教師は強制的に学習させることはできませんし、学習意欲のある人の学びの阻害をしてしまいます。学習意欲を持つようにしましょう。 加えて… ・ これまで培ってきた基本的な語彙や文法の知識を活用し、簡単な英会話をすることができる。（知識） ・ 英語コミュニケーション能力向上のために積極的に参加できる。（態度・習慣） ・ スピーキングに必要な語彙学習やその他の学習を授業外でも行うことができる。（態度・習慣） ・ 初出の単語や表現について辞書などで調べることができる。（技能）

授業の進め方 ／Method of Instruction	このコースでは、ほとんどのクラスアクティビティがグループワークで行われるため、生徒は積極的かつ協力的な参加者であることが求められます。学生は創造的かつ意見を発信する姿勢が求められますが、同時に自分の意見が他の人の意見と矛盾する場合には理解的であることが求められます。アウトプットスキル(ライティング/スピーキング)とインプットスキル(リーディング/リスニング)はクラス内外で練習することになりますが、より焦点があてられるのは、自信の醸成と日常会話です。逆に、文法的に正確であることが提出された宿題の成績を決定しますが、完璧な文法よりも理解のしやすさのほうが重要です。 課題をすることによって、次の授業内容を予習できるため、次回の授業の準備をすることができます。加えて、課題には復習も含まれます。予習と復習は学習において必要不可欠なステップです。
履修するにあたって ／Instruction to Students	本科目は中級者以上を対象としたクラスです。課題が多くあります。英語が不得意な学生は基礎英語3/4および英語コミュニケーション1/2を履修することを勧めます。 初回の授業では、先生は生徒に対し、下記の質問への回答をし、かつそれに対する詳細の情報を3つの文章または節でつけ加えられることを期待します。完璧な文法は重要ではありません。詳細に話すことのできる能力がより重要です。 Where are you from? What do you do? Do you have a part-time job? What are you interested in? What do you like doing in your free time? How many people are there in your family? What do you want to be in the future? Why are you here in this class? 加えて、先生は生徒全員が、クラス内でのアクティビティに関する質問をしたり、依頼をしたりできることを期待します。 上記のことができなければ、中級者向けのこの授業には合わないでしょう。
授業時間外に必要な学修内容・時間 ／Required Work and Hours outside of the Class	生徒は、1週間に1回、クラス外で最低90分学習することが求められます。この学習には、宿題や前回に習った学習内容、これから学習することについての予習、テスト勉強が含まれます。
提出課題など ／Quiz,Report,etc	どんなテストの前にも、各生徒は完了した宿題を提出することが求められます。宿題を完了しなかった生徒はテストを受けられず、成績は0が与えられます。 提出する宿題: TSQA Review Dependent Prepositions Compound Sentences Complex Sentences Conjunctive Adverbs
成績評価方法・基準 ／Grading Method・Criteria	全生徒は100点を持った状態からスタートします。以下の通り、罰則の規定があります。 ・無断欠席：-5 ・無断遅刻：-3 ・1週間に渡り課された宿題が未提出：-5 ・ファイル/フォルダ/ポートフォリオをクラスへ持ってこない：-3 ・クラスに関係ないことについて何らかの電子機器を使用している：-5 基準： ・単位を修得するには、60点が最低ラインです。 ・提出が遅れたとしても、すべての宿題を出さなければなりあません。 ・すべてのテストに合格しなければなりません。
