授業の目的 ／Class Purpose |
この授業の担当者は薬学部所属であり、この科目は、アドバンスト科目であり１年次から6年次に配当している。 この科目は、学部のDPに示す８項目のうち、１、6を目指す。 ディプロマ・ポリシー（学位授与の方針） なお、この授業の担当者の1人は薬局・病院での薬剤師として実務経験のある教員であり、より実践的な観点からGlobal Pharmacy Practiceについて解説するものとする。 The course introduces basic concepts, principles, methodology, and application of outcomes research and pharmacoeconomics, to prepare students to understand, evaluate, interpret, and conduct economic evaluations of health care services and pharmaceutical products. |

到 達 目 標 ／Class Objectives |
Understanding priorities of health systems and compare and contrast different world health systems Comparing and contrast USA vs. Japan Health Systems Define and identify the goals of pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research. Discuss the role of economic and humanistic evaluations in health care with a special emphasis on pharmacy-related issues. Discuss pharmacoeconomic guidelines in selected countries and demonstrate the relationships among pharmacoeconomic guidelines and pharmaceutical reimbursement policies in different countries Identify and define basic components of pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research. Discuss the identification and measurement of appropriate costs and outcomes, and classify them based on study perspective. Identify and select appropriate data sources for conducting research studies. AD-B-④-1 諸外国における薬局の機能と業務について、日本と比較しながら説明できる。 AD-B-⑤-1 地域社会における保健、医療、福祉の現状と問題点を調査し、地域による違いについて討議する。 AD-B-⑤-2 諸外国における薬剤師の活動分野について、日本と比較しながら説明できる。 JB-(3)-①-1 科学、医療に関連する英語の代表的な用語を列挙し、その内容を説明できる。 JB-(3)-①-2 科学、医療に関して英語で書かれた文章を読んで、内容を説明できる。 JB-(3)-②-2 自然科学各分野における基本的単位、数値、現象の英語表現を列記できる。 JB-(3)-②-3 科学、医療に関連する英語の代表的な用語、英語表現を列記できる。 JB-(3)-②-4 科学、医療に関連する簡単な文章を英語で書くことができる。 JB-(3)-③-1 英語の基礎的音声を聞き分けることができる。 JB-(3)-③-2 英語の会話を聞いて内容を理解して要約できる。 JB-(3)-③-3 英語による簡単なコミュニケーションができる。 JB-(3)-③-4 科学、医療に関連する代表的な用語を英語で発音できる。 |

The weekly class sessions will involve didactic lectures and active learning sessions. Active learning sessions will include in-class exercises, in-class discussion using examples from the Japanese health system. students are required to complete a reflection paper as a final product of this class. |
